WDBD Expression of Interest to 
Change Our Game 2020-2021
On behalf of the Western District Bowls Division, selector’s Maureen Drennan and Dorothy Gleeson are inviting you to express an interest in our:
“This Girl Can Sports Training Program”
The program is a follow on from the Development Squad last season and is aimed at improving the competitiveness of our female bowlers who would like the opportunity to join in a skills/social evening with other likeminded bowlers.
We want to hear from female bowlers who want to develop new skills and improve their pennant game.
The program will start on Thursday 19 November from 6pm to 8pm on A Green at City Memorial. We have a booking for 4 Thursdays concluding on the 10 December 2020.
This is an open invitation to attend there is no requirement to make a commitment for the 4 weeks.
Thank you to City Memorial Bowls Club for the use of their green and Alfresco area for our training days and to South West Sport for their advice and support.
Our Goal: A team of four ladies will be selected from the program to represent our Division in the Vic Bowls Region Sides Event which will be held in Shepparton in April 2021.
