Dixie Allsorts, sort out our Rd 1 winners, Christian’s Crusaders, with a lesson on how to bowl. Hendo’s Heros put up a valiant effort against TC -P4mers. 6 teams remain undefeated and will be looking to consolidate their position in Rd 3. Allsorts Paul Grayland, Noel Uebergang, Abbey Carlin and “winner of the night” Jack Carlin (won the raffle as well)

Rd 1 – 10/1/2022

Rd 1 Winners – Christian’s Crusaders.

Rd 1 Winners –  Christian’s Crusaders win Round 1, with an impressive 28 shot up win.

A wonderful start to our Macqueen’s Corportate Challenge, with 28 teams entered this year. Our winners on the night were Christian’s Crusaders, +28,  Scanlon’s Scorchers, (last year’s winners) in 2nd place +22 and in 3rd spot Glen Warriors +18. (see below for all winners).

Christian’s Crusaders have recruited well and are out to prove they can match it with the TOP teams. Scorchers and Warriors have continued on from last year with strong performances. Welcome to our new players and teams and all the best for the rest of the competition.

Matches to watch next week: Dixie Allsorts (8th) take on Christian’s Crusaders (1st) and new team Hendo’s Heroes (9th) are up against TC-P4mers (5th)

Can all players and team leaders please note that at this stage the 1st round of the 2022 Challenge will go ahead on Monday, 10th Jan starting at 6 p.m.

Due to the current Covid situation we can not guarantee that all teams will be present.

Please note the Covid restrictions and ensure that all team members are aware of their COVID responsibilities.

Corporate Challenge – Effective Date 7/1/2022

COVID conditions for all participants and teams. 

  1. All players must be fully vaccinated and show proof of vaccination if requested.
  2. QR CODE check in is required by all players. (or Sign in sheet if unable to use QR Code)
  3. Masks to be worn when indoors and if you can’t socially distance
  4. Mats and kitty to be sanitised after use.
  5. DO NOT – pick up other bowlers BOWLS.
  6. Social distancing rules to be followed at all times.
  7. Numbers in the Club House: (DQ2 restrictions apply)
  8. DO NOT attend if you display any Covid symptoms.

2022 Terang Corporate Challenge

Our first round commences Monday, 10th Jan at 6 p.m..
