Carol’s Farewell

It was wonderful to see 25 members turn out for Tuesday’s social bowls and a chance to farewell Carol Cardwell who is moving to Tongala.

Carol was thanked for her contribution to our club for over 14 years and presented with flowers and a farewell card.  Carol represented the club on many occasions and played in both midweek and Saturday pennant teams. She was Ladies Chairperson, Ladies champion, 3 times (including Champion of Champions) and successful in winning the Ladies Pairs on 6 occasions.

We wish Carol and Len all the best in their new home at Tongala where Carol will continue to play bowls.
